Today is the 10th day of NaBloWriMo. It is a commitment I took to blog every single day for the month of October. I’m doing it in preparation for next month. Next month, for the first time ever, I will be participating in National Novel Writing Month. So this is my training ground because me & commitment — we aren’t very good friends.
Today is the 10th day of NaBloWriMo and I’m doing pretty well so far. I have written every single day and haven’t used a Wordless Wednesday yet (where you post a photography you are proud of instead of a regular blog post). I can so rarely do ANYTHING with any consistency that doing something for 10 days straight is so beyond huge that I do not have words for it. I’m giving the finger to my ADHD with a grin on my face.
Today is the 10th day of NaBloWriMo and I have written so bravely. I wrote about my experience with dating violence as a teenager and shared how it has taken all these years to finally come to some form of acceptance and forgiveness. I have touched briefly on some mental health issues that I deal with, being a class mom and wrote my first tutorial in three years. I have been writing with courage, without a mask and with the hope that my words somehow help to make the world a better place.
Today is the 10th day of NaBloWriMo and I’m so grateful to be a part of it. *smiles*
