Challenges. Challenges. Challenges.
Going on vacation. Spring Break. Stress. These are the not so good challenges of life that have gotten in my way.
Then there are the challenges I give myself. Right now, I’m working on my newest: walking for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week.
It’s been more like 3 times over the last three weeks. But at least I’ve tried. LOL
I also do little exercises before jumping in the shower like sit-ups and squats, but nothing formal yet.
So yesterday I weighed in at 223.3. I had gained a few after we went away (and it was only for three days!), but I lost that and then another pound. Makes me happy.
I swear… no one else loses weight so slowly. LOL
It’s okay. I’m fitting back into a few of my size 18 pants. Not all, but a few and that works good for me.
